Re: Acupuncture???
Well jeez, you've been here for 5 minutes and you're already asking questions?
TOTALLY KIDDING.
Welcome to the Board. I am very sorry for your loss. Feel free to jump on in with questions.
I know nothing about the relative merits of accupuncture, but I have been considering throwing it into the bucket of desperation that is my TTCAL journey, with the assumption that it can't hurt. I recall a few ladies on here doing it, so you should get some responses.
While I am at it, and while you are getting acclimated over here, check out the TTCAL Blog (link in my siggy) maintained by some of the ladies on this Board for some great information (including FAQs...though I don't think there are any on accupuncture) and a special tab with "Newbie" information that talks a bit about how the Board works.
Again, welcome, good luck as you transition to TTCAL, and I hope to see you around!

Motherhood is not for wimps
It is definitely worth looking into. There has been a considerable amount of research on this and it has been shown to be effective. They are unsure as to the specific reasons why but according to TCM it is thought to balance the body in a variety of ways. I have been wanting to do this but just haven't. Let me know how it goes.

I've though about it, but it's expensive & the reviews I've read are mixed. I figured I'd save money in the event I need to pay an RE this summer. I have thought about getting it for heavy periods though....plus insurance would cover that.
Just curious, were you having issues getting pregnant before your loss?
