I got an email from TRU about a Medela recall so I wanted to post here in case you didn't get the email.

You don't need a serial number on the Medela site. Just mark which of the recalled products you have (the descriptions are next to the item number so I went off that). I couldn't find a model number anywhere on mine. 

Plus, if your pump still works then there is not need for the recall. Mine would lose suction and I thought it was because I had used it so much but seems there is actually a problem with it. Go figure. Wish I knew that sooner....
