Month after blighted ovum MC - wicked cramping!!! maybe tmi warning

So I am just over month after I have stopped bleeding after being diagnosed with a blighted ovum at 11 weeks. So my husband and I have had sex since and I've been fine, well tonight I got the worst cramps that I have had in a long time after having sex.... unbelievable! Has anyone else had this? It's like my entire lower abdomen is in spasm. I also haven't gotten my period since so I don't know if that has something to do with it. Its finally lessening but I am worried. Please share any related experiences!!!
