Anyone else having terrible headaches? I first thought I was getting them from one of my cravings - lemonade. I never drink anything with sugar or caffeine, even before I was pregnant. I thought it was the sugar and stopped drinking it. I did fine for about a week and now the headaches are back just the last 2 days. I did switch and started taking my prenatal after lunch and the headaches have come back. I was taking them before bed, but I kept forgetting. Could it be the vitamins? Or is it just pregnancy headaches that I can't do anything about? I cannot take tylenol and do not drink caffeine. Is there anything else I can eat/drink to make them go away?
Thanks.

Re: Headaches.
Poor thing, I'm sorry.
I'm getting them too. I have a bad one right now. I tried to knock it out with a bit of caffeine but it didn't do anything. I'm just going to lay down in a dark room when I get home.
Feel better.
Agreed- it could just be hormones.
Try a warm compress either on your forehead or the back or your neck. Feel better.

At my 10 week appointment my doctor told me that morning sickness would decrease in the next month and headaches would increase and she was right at least in my case. I have found that cold compresses across my head and warm across my neck help but honestly I have to result sometimes to Tylenol and a can of diet coke (like I did tonight).
Feel better.
