symptoms before you delivered..

I was just wondering if some of you can share with me what symptoms and aches and pains you all have felt like a week or  2 weeks before you guys delivered? Anything different?  If you can remember, especially those of you whom has recently delivered! :-P

i had PTL but everyone kept telling me i looked like i'd had it! and i did! i was at the end of my rope! all symptoms were just enhanced! hope that helps! good luck!

I didn't think I was any more uncomfortable than the previous week/s but at an appt on a wed. my dr said he didnt think i'd make it through the weekend b/c of how fidgety I was, I kept changing positions on the exam table, just generally uncomfortable, had started to swell up in the last week after no swelling the whole pregnancy,etc. I didn't believe him but sure enough my water broke on Fri night...

I started having weird cervical mucus (sp?).  Like, thick-ish and tinged with color.   And i pretty much felt like DD was going to FALL OUT of my body if I stood up.

Oh wow..I'm terrified of my water breaking, it just freaks me out b/c it happened in my first pregnancy, at 2 am getting up to grab a tylenol b/c of a belly ache lol

My legs swelled a lot, they were humongous and painful that last week.  On the day that my water ended up breaking, I just did not feel right.  It's kind of hard to explain but I just felt very off and generally didn't feel well.

I had some weird mucus too... like insane amounts of it. One Dr told me not to worry about it, that it was normal (I was around 30 weeks)... I saw my OBGYN the next week and told him what I was experiencing and he said "Go to the hospital... I'll meet you there!"

I ended up hanging on for about another week, but the mucus was the only really  noticeable symptom.

Absolutely nothing!  I'd been on bedrest, always dealing with lots of BH.  At 33w4d I just woke up at 6am and started cx right away.  There was no mistaking I was in labor.  The only thing that I think triggered it was a very tedious NST appt the day before.  Maybe irrational, but I think I could've held out a few more days if not for going to that appt.
