new to the beta testing thing

My hcg was 36 at my first beta, and 6 days later it was 491, which i'm told is good! i'm on progesteron, and they want me in for an u/s late next week, which will be on 5w5d. not sure what all we'll be able to see then, but i'm hoping that it means, so far, so good! keeping my fingers crossed and getting excited for punkin' #2!

You should be able to see the gestational and yolk sacs, and the fetal pole. It's a little early for the HB, so don't be nervous if you don't see it yet.

Thanks! I'm excited and confident all will be well.i just assume NOT do the u/s next week, b/c I kinda feel its unnecessary. i don't have a history of ectopic or anything, but since i had a chemical pgcy last month, they put me on progesterone and we hit the baby bingo this month!
