Did you go in to it with a list of questions? Or did you go into it just ready to listen? I'm such a planner, that I don't want to overtake the meeting. I mean he is the expert afterall! LOL
I went in with a list. I mean, I let him speak most of the appointment and I listened, but when he was finished I asked the questions he hadn't answered yet. Most of his answers were "let's see what happens after we monitor you", which I should have known because one of the reasons I chose Cornell is because they are not a one size fits all place. But at least I didn't leave feeling like I still had a ton of questions that I didn't ask (and I'm a planner too )

Awesome, thanks for your experiences. I'll bring in all my questions, charts, etc. wait to hear all he has to say and then bring up my questions. I really want DH to hear it from him instead of hearing about all of it from me based on what I learn on these boards.

This was me. Our first appointment I didn't bring anything, and the RE didn't eve ask for my charts. Majority of the time he explained what our issues were and the game plan. I'd read so much on theses boards, nothing was really new. But it was great for DH to hear all this info from a professional..
Mama to Baby K. born @25wks due to pProm/PTL. Forever in Our Hearts.
Maybe I'm arrogant, but I went in knowing I had so much info from all the ladies here, that it was more to discuss a plan of action than anything. He saw I did know quite a bit (thanks to everyone) and skipped past all the beginner stuff LOL
I had a few questions in terms of what he thought would be the best route for us, but otherwise he went through it all with me. Just bring your charts if you have them. They'll walk you through it. If do have any concerns, totally feel free to bring them up
Ditto, I googled and brought a bunch of questions to ask, but I actually only ended up asking 1 or 2 questions because he covered everything. GL
