This is group designed for all the ladies in the various stages of waiting after a loss: waiting to miscarry, waiting for AF to arrive, waiting to TTC again, and waiting for BFP.   I post every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.

 

*Since this process is such a true test in patience, it is nice to have the support and friendship of other women going through similar experiences and emotions.  As people go through the heartache of losses, I have found either it strengthens their relationship with God or it makes it harder.  I would love to help you in anyway that I can to find the strength.  I found that it really helped me pull through.

 

*If you would like to be added to the list please post current TTC status. There will be a daily question, a place for prayer requests and a daily inspirational verse.  I purge this list every now and again, so if I?ve added you before but you don?t see your name now, just let me know!

Gaberinos ? YAY that you?re back to ttc!  Hope AF comes soon and this cycle is more cooperate.  Izabella22 ? how did the saline sonogram go?  Are you clear to ttc?

 

Welcome to sgrobste, Oatoa, and lavril who are all new to the group.  I?m so sorry for all of your losses and all that you?ve been through.  I know you?ll find some great support here and I hope you find our graduates list very soon!

 

Also huge hugs to jerriegirl who has had another loss.  So sorry to see you back here.

QOTD: I actually would like to stop cussing so much. I don't do it that often, but as a teacher, I find myself letting one slip (not while teaching, but when I'm talking with other adults and students are around).

Yup, still waiting. With my dotted CHs at CD 10, I am at 16 dpo today with my test date being tomorrow. I'm too damn nervous that I wonder if I should wait assuming O on CD 16/17. I guess it really depends on my temp tomorrow morning since I messed up today's.

QTD: I use to bite my nails but now I pick at my face! Since going off BCP, it's been teenage city on my face. Ugh, I just did it when stopped typing.

QOTD: I would really like to get out of my laziness rut and exercise more regularly.  I was doing so well when the weather was nice because I would go out and run 4 times per week, but since it got too cold/snowy/icy, I've had a really hard time motivating myself to do the elliptical or any of my DVDs more than once a week.  They're just boring.

I am still in the 2ww. I will probably test on Thursday. I am trying to figure out my next cycle if this one is a bust b/c DH has deviated septum surgery on the 10th and I will be in VA on the 15th & 16th. QOTD: I would probably clean up my language. It is not awful or anything, but when I slip I think that it make me look very unprofessional.

QOTD:  Hmmmm..I know I have bad habits that I probably can't think of right now but one that popped in my head was to not let laundry sit around in baskets or on top of my dryer.  I need to start folding and putting away in dressers or hanging in closet right away before it piles up!

I'm in the 2WW. Keeping my fingers crossed the left side O'ed this month (I have no right tube).

 

QOTD: Hmmm.....I'm very envious of a lot of women.  I'm jealous that most got married younger than I did and I'm jealous that most get to do that & be moms before age 30.  All of my old school friends have kids who are in school! The loss has made it worse.

 I'm working on it, but it's hard to keep a happy face when I feel so sad & envious.  Most people IRL have no clue how I feel. Most people think I have it all since I live in a nice house & drive a nice car, they don't understand that it's not about stuff but the people who are in your life.

They are going pretty well. I am so glad that you continue to maintain this thread. Even though I am sad that I am back here on this board, there is something so safe and warm about it. Feels like being home (I know that seems strange) but it is what it is.

Hi, I'd like to be added. I am waiting to ttc again. I just got AF this week following a mc in Dec...but not sure if we are ready to try again yet.

QOTD: I'd like to work on changing my negative attitude. I'm trying to stay positive more as a New Year's resolution, but so far am failing miserable!

Another questions not really related: how do I get the tickers everyone has?  I started one a while ago but it disappeared and I can not for the life of me figure out how to get to them.  I know they are probably easy, but please help!

What does "waiting for green light" mean? I am waiting for AF (dr. said TTA this cycle) and then RPL b/w on Feb. 23. 

QOTD: I procrastinate and don't work out. We bought a Wii last weekend and pulled my shoulder playing Just Dance 2. pathetic, right? I am considering buying the Wii fit.

Bad habits: Yikes, yeah I have a bunch but probably not organizing bills/paperwork etc. I am horrible at doing that. I religiously clean the fridge out once a week but those papers... yech!

can i please join your list?  well i am not sure at this point what the next step is...i guess i am waiting for my fu appt on monday and also for the genetics final results from the amnio to come back. that will tell us if what happened to my baby girl is something that they can "screen" for in the future. I would like to know and have it be something that can be prescreened for like in pregenetic sreening/diagnosis prior to IVF...my husband wants it to be a fluke so that neither of us are carriers of anything. now we wait and see.

we arent sure of our next ttcal step will be. depends on the genetics. If its screenable then we are onto Pregenetic screening/diagnosis and IVF so this doesnt happen again, if its a fluke not sure what we will do bc mentally i may not be able to just take my chances that another fluke happens....oh well

Hello lovely ladies!

Ive been charting my first cycle post d&c and Im on day 27 with no O in sight I hate not knowing WTF is going on in my body. As weird as it sounds, I'd almost welcome an annovulatory cycle if AF comes within the next few days. I really dont want to have 35+ cycles on top of not O'ing. Such a waste of precious time!! I go for my first pap in February! So excited! Really hope I get the 'all clear' from my doctor!

QOTD: I bite my nails a bit...not A LOT like I used too...haha but when they are getting too long or snag on things...off they go! Id like to be an adult and use a nail clipper Oh and I tend to smoke when I drink too much! So gross! I dont know what comes over me!

We completed our third adoption class this past Saturday.  On Sunday, we will have our fourth (of seven) class and also have a walk-through in our house with the social worker.  I'm a bit nervous about that, because we still have several things we need to finish, but it isn't the official home study just yet.

QOTD: I have a bad habit of procrastinating.  I need to get better about doing things right away!

Update: This cycle was a bust - I'm 16 DPO (with the help of the progesterone) and I've had BFNs for days now.  I'm waiting for AF.  I made an appointment with my OB on 2/9 and I'm going to push for an RE referral.

QOTD: I pick at my cuticles.  It's gross and I really need to stop.

Update:  I O'd over the weekend and I go tomorrow for b/w (progesterone check).  I will find out tomorrow when I will start lupron for my IVF cycle - possibly tomorrow.  Eeek!!!

QOTD:  Eating poorly.  I wish I could stick to the good habits I try to have, I need more motivation.
