replacing microfiber ?

I am looking to get some other inserts besides the microfiber ones that come with BG 4.0's. What would you suggest? Hemp? Thanks

We use hemp and I like them.  I put hemp in with the small microfiber insert.  I want to get my hands on some AFFF hemp but haven't had any luck.

We use Babykicks hemp inserts in all of our pockets (with no microfiber doubler on top) and they work great for us! No leaks, super trim, no stink.

I use bamboo. Weehuggers inserts and Greenhorn Playtime inserts, to be specific.

I also have Joey Bunz hemp inserts, but they have never worked well for me on their own. I use them underneath bamboo (and microfiber, before I got rid of it all) for added absorbency.
