I have a spin off question, how long does it take for the "day 21" test to be accurate? I mean how many DPO will it show up as a positive for O? Cause I thought I O'ed around Day 18 last month and I had b/w done on Day 21 and it was positive for O.

Instead of the OB telling you "yes or no" on if you O'd or not did they give you the level number for your progesterone? Because They want a level of 10 or above for unmedicated and 15 and above for medicated cycles but anything over 3 means you ovulated (I believe).
When I had 7dpo b/w on a non medicated cycle I got a 8.1, which means I O'd but progesterone levels were low that if I got PG, I could not sustain it. Thus I'm on supps during the 2ww.
Did they tell you the NUMBER? Oh and Papps is SOOOOOOO right - get yourself to an RE ASAP...stop seeing an OB. And get all the IF tests done before doing anymore clomid!

It's more a number that the doctors go off of, not a + or - Here's a link to check out that goes through all the different hormone levels
Re: Clomid and Ovulation
I agree with every Papps said.
