Does anyone have a chart they used to keep track of feedings, and diaper changes? I know I can make one but I am not sure what i need on it exactly. Any suggestions for a chart for twins?

I kept a notebook and used a new page for each day. Good ol' pen and paper.
I divided it in half vertically and wrote L on one side (Lily) and S on the other (Sophia). I would write down the times they ate and how many ounces they took. They always peed so I never had to track that but I did put a "P" when they pooped next to whatever feeding time was closest to when it happened. They didn't always poop every day so I had to track it to make sure we didn't have any problems.
I did this until they turned 6 months old.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Honestly, I printed out a few charts, but a regular notebook worked best for me. I wrote their names and drew a line down the middle. I wrote down what time they ate and how many ounces. I also wrote if they pooped. I starting writing naps, but in the beginning there is no schedule so naps didnt really matter
