March for Dimes
Tell me about it. Is it all for prematurity? I see that there are some local walks for March for Dimes in my area. Do you pay or just get sponsors? I want to do anything to support preemies since our twins were 34 weeks and spend some time in NICU.

We are the ambassador family for our local march this year. You do not pay to walk. I just registered as a family team and asked friends and family to join team and we asked everyone we knew for donations.
