I got this himidifier at Target, and I really like it. Reading the reviews, I don't think people understand that you have to clean a humidifier every day with vinegar and once a week with bleach in order to prevent mold (it's in the instruction manual). This is true with ALL humidifiers. I like that it does not have a filter to worry about, and that you can adjust how much moisture you want in the air and it will turn itself on and off in order to maintain that level.
It helps with dry skin & helps with DS's congestion. We use a Crane brand shaped like a duck that was about $30. I think they also sell it at BRU & Target. They also have the same Crane humidifier shaped like an elephant or frog.
The Aveno Baby oatmeal lotion was also great for helping dry skin.
