At last week's u/s, I had two 10mm follies on the right and 2 9mm on the left. Today I have an (almost) 18mm and 12mm on the left, but the follies in the right ovary didn't grow (really bummed, I thought I had the chance of having more than one egg this cycle).
Anyway, my RE wasn't there today, so I spoke with the other one. He is having me trigger Wed night for an IUI Friday morning (continuing Menopur today and tomorrow). Should the IUI be sooner?
Also, I told the RE that last month's IUI was canceled because I O'd on my own. He said that was rare, but told me to use OPK and call if I had a surge. I've only used OPKs once and not sure I timed them right.
So, should I start the OPKs now? The directions say once a day, but I thought I read from others to do them twice a day. I'm just freaking out a little after last month. I also have a sinus infection and bronchitis and the doctor isn't giving me any antibiotics, so honestly, TI is the last thing I want to do right now, lol.

Baby N conceived after 1 miscarriage and more than 2 years of TTC. Diagnosis was low sperm count. We found success after 3 months of anastrozole to increase DH's testosterone and one IUI.

I think I read to do OPK's in the afternoon between 2-4pm...not sure. I would probably do them twice daily to catch a surge if there is a chance you may O prior to IUI. Good luck!
When I used OPKs I did them 2x a day to try and avoid missing my surge, GL!
