That's me.

I took R to the pedi late last week to talk about her on and off (mostly on) diarrhea and horrible diaper rash. We were giving her probiotics, and had her on the brat diet but it didn't really seem to help. So I was sent home with 3 vials and 1 cup to collect her stool. So I scooped the poop from her diapers for 2 days and got to keep the samples in my refrigerator (talk about an appetite suppressant). Now we are just waiting for test results.

We switched her to soy formula and removed the food restrictions except the fruits that start with the letter P. The good news is the diarrhea is finally gone and her bottom is almost back to normal. She is also still gaining weight albeit at a slower pace. She was 20lbs 15oz.

We go back to the pedi next week for an early 9 month well visit and hopefully good poop results.

LOL.... But great if you caught the allergy so quickly and didn't have to go through elimination after elimination. That is great she doesn't allergic to soy also.
