Thanks for all of ya'lls kind words, encouragement, prayers and thoughts. The little baby girl we had to walk away from adopting was officially adopted today by a family! I am so happy that she has her forever family and they have their forever daughter. God has been so good.

 We were shown to a BM today along with another couple and we should know by the end of the week who she picked.

This just proves again that you have to always be true to your vision of what's right for your family.  We also chose not to pursue the adoption of a little girl that we hated turning down.  We feared that no one else would take on her challenges, but within a month, she was referred to another family.  Our doctor told us that there are families specifically looking to adopt children with bigger special needs, and that we just had to trust that they would find her.  I know I'm preaching to the choir, but no good comes from putting yourselves in a situation for which you aren't prepared or excited.

I'm happy this little girl found her family, and I pray you find your child soon.
