What to do with pork??

I have a boneless pork shoulder roast and a pork loin roast in the freezer but I don't know what to do with them!  Anyone have any ideas other than pulled pork???

For the pork loin - I make a 5-spice pork roast in my pressure cooker. I can alter the recipe for the stovetop (I've done it) - so yummy!!!!!

Bacon wrapped pork with Cumberland sauce

Pork tenderloin sandwich

The shoulder can be cooked up and used inside of enchiladas

I've actually gotten some really good recipes from the pork council's recipe site.

Throw it in the crockpot with a jar of pepperoncinis.  One of my favorite dinners!
