Sleep sitting up? Hilarious...

Does anyone else's LO do this?  B has started pushing herself to sitting position in the crib, but then she'll fall asleep still sitting up!!   We've caught her on the video monitor doing the "head bob"...it took us awhile to figure out she was sleeping! 

She will usually lay herself back down and continue sleeping...so funny!  I wish I could record from the video monitor sometimes!

oh yes. i think this is why video monitors were invented!! ; )

sabrina has done this on more the one ocassion. just the other day i put her down for a nap, went into the kitchen and had to pass her room (she has french doors so we can see in) again and i noticed she was just sitting there. i didn't stop but then when i went back about 10 mins later, she was fast asleep- all toppled over from her sitting position. : D

Superaunt - SO funny Sabrina does that too...Brenna will topple over into a rail, whimper and then keep sleeping....   I love it.

M does this with naps. He sits up to protest nap time then dozes off sitting up. Cute!

Mine does not, but that sounds so cute.

Sometimes I'll go to check on her and find her sitting up. She flops back down and it would seem that she is asleep the entire time. Of course, I have no interest in testing if that is true or not.

Liz - that's too cute!  You need to get it on video! Ellie never did that.

I think that Michael did that last night.  He cried out and then I could hear him chewing on something (no video monitor).  After about 20 minutes he got quiet and I went in.  His stuffed dog was behind his back and he was laying in a totally different direction and he appeared to be laying on his head, like he had just fallen over.
