what else can I make with diapers?

I am hosting a shower and made a diaper cake.  I used a few different brands of diapers so she can try different ones, but now I am left with extra diapers that are already opened.  Probably at least 50-60.  Any ideas besides a diaper wreath or cake?

You can wrap small stacks in cellophane & ribbon and tie balloons to them.

If they're disposable diapers... are you doing any of those "guess what's in the diaper" games? They're NMS, but you could use them for the games.

I like the PPs idea with the balloon weights.

Otherwise, if you can't think of anything, just give the mom the leftover diapers after the shower. I'm sure she'll come up with a use for them.

The balloon idea is a good one.  I have also seen a bassinett and a baby carriage made using diapers (but those might be overkill unless they were very small and you used them as table decorations).  If  you don't come up with a good idea I'd just give them to the mom and tell her they were left over.  She'll appreciate them I'm sure whatever way she gets them.

You could also just give the mom-to-be a big gift basket w/ anything diaper related & use those as filler & background in the sea of rash cream & powder etc...
