Clomid + Dexamethasone Anyone????

I was wondering if anyone has ever had success with Clomid and Dexamethasone???  My RE is thinking that I might have PCOS.. no official diagnosis yet.  I have tried Clomid and Tamoxafen in the past with no luck.  We have been TTC for 1 year now.
Me 27 ~ DH 29
PCOS amenorrhea/anovulatory
TTC #1 since Jan 2010
IVF 6/2011: ended in chem preg.
10/2011 Metformin
Ovarian Drilling/Laparoscopy 11/2011: Removed Endometriosis, Uterus Septum Removal, Cyst Removal, Ovarian Drilling
12/2011: Provera, 50mg Clomid, Metformin ->Cancelled
2/2012 IVF + Metformin + Acupuncture

    I have PCOS and I take Metformin, Dexa for it and then Clomid to help get pregnant

    Any luck ovulating on Dex and clomid?  How are the side effects?

    Dexa - no side effects 

    Clomid - 1st cycle terrible headaches, hot flashes floaters in my vision, 2 cycle no side effects

    i did ovulate the 1st cycle, waiting for it now in the 2nd cycle
