I know this isn't pregnancy related, but my lips are always so dry, cracked, and sore. Can anyone recommend a great Chapstick that not only soothes, but medicates as well?
Aquafore. It's AMAZING! I have started using it year round when I need because I have such bad skin problems. You can get it in the lotion section. They have it in tubes (small, chapstick size and large) and they have it in jars. It's great to put on cracked/dry skin also.
Burts bees is also good, but I prefer Aquafor. It was recommended to me by a pharmacist and I keep it around me, especially in winter.
Cherry Chapstick works wonders for me! My lips are super dry right now and I ran out of my Burts Bees so I bought Softlips and I had to reapply it like once an hour! I threw it away and got some plain old Cherry Chapstick and it's sooo much better! No more chapped lips.
Eco Lips brand chapstick! Oh my goodness it's awesome. I had really bad chapped lips once (eczema on them! uugghh) and it's the only thing that fixed them! It goes on really smooth and feels amazing.
Chapstick medicated is good, also from Bath and Body works I use Bigelow Mentha Lip Shine. It is a balm, I don't think it is medicated but it is very moisturizing and stays on for a long time and bc it is mint it is cooling too.

I always have a Burts Bees in practically every room in the house because my fave pj pants have no pockets. I really like their Replenishing tube with Pomegranate Oil! It's definitely my fave!
I love you for starting this thread! I wanted to start one the other day, but forgot. My lips always get dry in winter, but I'm pretty sure the pg is what's taking it over the top this year.
Carmex works wonders on me - the one in the tub.
MAC's lip balm is also fab - the plain one in the tub, with SPF
ALL Smith's: Rosebud Balm, Cocoa, and Rosemint
Perfumia Gal
Avalon Organics
Alba
Fails for me: Chapstick medicated, Blistex Deep Renewal, EOS, nvey
Sometimes I put Neosporin directly onto my lips (not the balm, just straight up med cream).
Also, remember to brush your lips with your toothbrush to help exfoliate - you can also mix sugar with a little bit of olive oil.

Classic vaseline is also nice.
