Ok so im 28 weeks today and thought that put me at 7 months!  do you say 7 months when you start your 7th  or end your 7th  why is it so confusing to me!

Well months are longer than 4 weeks, so that's why you're not 7 months yet.  If you were, then at 40 weeks you'd be 10 months pregnant, which we know isnt' true.  Go by dates.  If you're due on June 5, then you're 9 months then, May 5 is 8 monts, April 5 is 7 months, etc... Or you can go forward from your LMP if that's easier.
