Femara - spotting on "break" cycle

I have been a lurker on here for a while but have an issue that I can't seem to find an answer to by googling.  Have taken femara with HCG injections for five cycles.  Had no breakthrough bleeding and very regular cycles while on it (and no success getting pg).  Decided to take a break this cycle for a variety of reasons.  My period finished on Friday and then today (Sunday) I had a moderate spotting (CD 10).  Just curious if anyone had this issue with spotting shortly after their period was over while on a break cycle.  Thanks for your help!
