so I have a cell phone with the company you work for....

how do I call you to make it look like you are working but really talking to me and not having to deal with silly customers.:)

    Lol. It would be very random if you were to get me but you *could* call and ask to have me cal you back about an issue with you account. Sadly, the devil monitors outbound calls too though. I do secretly hope I get a nestie on the line at times.

    I recently had a very good customer service experience with your company.  I wanted to ask the rep if he knew you.  He sounded like he was somewhere in the south!  And, he sounded cute too!

    Susie, that's so great to hear. Even though I don't love my job I do like to hear that people have a good experience. You never know -- he and I might know each other. I've taken calls from people who have previously spoken to my co-workers that I'm friends with.
