Included a write-up for low productivity, no big surprise there, since I'm basically dragging myself around these days, and her saying that she would have pushed for me to get some days off when we lost Baby J if I'd come out and asked her point blank. Apparently, the fact that I was completely sobbing in her office and saying I thought I needed to be at home wasn't an indication of needing some time to grieve.

I am really sorry to hear it has been a bad day. I recently had a similar talk with my manager regarding productivity. I ended up just feeling like a big baby.
Off the subject but I saw you got married on the same day as I did. Hope you get to do something nice for your anniversary.
Ouch! So sorry work has been such a unfriendly environment for you lately! I hope things get better there soon! I would appeal that write-up if you can. You boss obviously is aware of what's been going on and knows this isn't your usual work performance... not to mention the added stress caused by your insensitive co-worker. Boo!
That is ridiculous! I think you should be able to wirte her up for being so insensitive!
I'm so sorry, sweetie!
