Is it too late to PIP my Labor Day pic?

This is one of the few pics we got right after delivery.  They were about to wheel me off to surgery (horrible hemorrhage) and I panicked because we hadn't taken family picture... and if I was going to die I wanted there to be a family picture! Look close and you can see my husband crying.  He calls this picture "The One Where You Were Dying."  It's kind of funny now, but it my all time favorite labor day pic

I know, it kind of still makes me teary thinking about it.  He was so sweet.  Kept kissing me and telling me he loved me and that everything was going to be ok, and that the baby was so perfect... crying the whole time.  I do love that man
