Next Dr. appt is 2/1

after pondering all weekend I really want to get this process started so I can get past this difficult time and move on.  I want to call the Dr. in the am and ask for a 2nd opinion and get medicine to start process I just want to move on. 

We were not able to see out normal Dr. on Friday and he wouldn't confirm 100% but I feel like he is just giving us false hope to ease the pain.  There was no heartbeat and fluid build-up that should not be there at almost 10 weeks.
