Saturday Shredding Check-In?

In case there doesn't end up being one today, I wanted to be able to say I survived L2 again today! I have a chest cold and feel crummy but am glad I forced myself to do it, even though it wasn't pretty: I did the last ab move for the first time but wasn't able to keep their pace on several of the strength/cardio exercises this time. How'd you guys do?

  • I also did Level 2 today.  It wasn't the first time and I'm not doing it everyday.  I do this on days I don't run.  Those squat thrusts are killer!!! Good for you for pushing through!  Tomorrow is long run for me so no shred again until Monday for me.
