In case there doesn't end up being one today, I wanted to be able to say I survived L2 again today! I have a chest cold and feel crummy but am glad I forced myself to do it, even though it wasn't pretty: I did the last ab move for the first time but wasn't able to keep their pace on several of the strength/cardio exercises this time. How'd you guys do?
