carseat padding ?

I had to wash all the padding for DS' cafseat today. The instructions say to line dry them after wash. My problem is there's no place inside to do that, and its freezing outside. I could let them freeze dry, but that's a huge PITA. Can I put them in the dryer if I use a gentle cycle? WDYT?

Re: carseat padding ?

  • Don't you have a laundry room or bathroom you can hang them in?

I wouldn't dry them in the dryer if it says to line dry.

We have a small spare bathroom and I hang stuff in there and close the door. Since the heat is on and there is a vent in there, stuff dries pretty quickly.

  • Can you hang them over the shower bar?  I did that with the infant seat padding and it worked well.

  • We dry them in the dryer on low even though they say to line dry.  Haven't had a problem yet.
