I've recently started ordering things from Amazon. I have found a diaper bag that I think I like, but I'm afraid to order it without seeing it in person. How easy is it to return things to Amazon? Anyone know from experience? Is it worth the hassle?
TIA!
(It's a Skip Hop diaper bag that I'm looking at.)
Re: KBR: Anyone ever return to Amazon
look at who the seller is. IF the seller is Amazon it is very easy to return, if it is a different seller (because they outsource also) than sometimes it is difficult to return and you have to go by the return policy of that store.
Yup. And also, Skip Hop bags are awesome. Which one is it?

This. If it's Amazon, it's super easy. I accidentally double ordered something, went to my account on Amazon, requested a return, and UPS came to my house to pick it up and I received a refund within a week. Didn't have to print return labels or pay for the return.
It's the Skip Hop Studio Diaper Tote Bag. We have the Dash Deluxe from when DS was a baby. But I want something different this time.

Good. I don't know anyone with it and the nearest store that sells is it 1.5 hours away.
Ditto all the above. I just returned an item (Amazon Mom program) and it was super, super easy. Has a link to print the return label and ship it right back. However, if it's through another seller - maybe look at seller reviews first?
Good luck!!
If it is Amazon selling it, it should say something like "eligible for free shipping and free returns". I am very careful to only order from Amazon and not other sellers if I can help it because I know Amazon has easy return policies. When you want to return something, all you do is go through the options on your account page and then print the shipping label and UPS automatically comes out to your house to pick the package back up. Couldn't be easier. I recently returned 3 nursing bras because one smelled like perfume (ew!!) and the other two were dirty (ew!!). I was really worried they'd just blame me but they refunded my $, no questions asked.
Also just a side note- since you started ordering from Amazon, you should sign up for Amazon mom. Its free and it signs you up for free Amazon prime (free 2 day shipping). Amazon prime normally costs $80/yr. The more baby stuff you buy, the longer your "prime" privileges are extended out- right now I have free Amazon prime through October and I know I'll be buying more.
Also another side note, I have a Skip Hop Diaper bag that I love
