I'm not sure if this is what helped me get AF to show up again after a long time of being MIA but I have been drinking Lipton Green Tea with Raspberry and Red Goji fruit flavor lately. I have also cut down my sugar intake. I did exercise but not as often as I want it to be but I think its more than before. All of this might have helped or maybe have nothing to do with it. I still would like to believe a little bit of change have helped. I have been going to Zumba and I noticed the very light AF i got, gotten heavier after dancing zumba, another reason it made me believe exercise does help to add to that I have lost 6lbs already : ) I keep hearing and reading about losing weight will help with PCOS, I am becoming a believer : )
