I asked for a Caramel frappe from McDonalds or a Mt. Dew. Whichever is easier...because I have gave up caffeine and I have been craving both of these and haven't had them.
Uh huh. I just confirmed yesterday that I would have access to any fluids or snacks during labor (I know this is fairly common, but different locations have different rules about this apparently..) so now I'm trying to decide what my first post-delivery meal is going to be.
I want a big ginormous full caffeine coffee and a huge diet coke. i have given up caffeine also and i gave up my diet coke because of the aspartame (and caffeine). I hate regular coke(i don't know why). although i don't eat much sushi on a good day I would LOVE a good plate of it. mmmm....*homer drool*

Mine for both of my first two was Carinos Italian Grill! Can't break the tradition!
The hospital I'll be delivering at offers you and your SO a choice between a steak/lobster dinner prepared by an on call private chef! Too bad I don't like either.. but their fruit salad is the best I've ever had. I'm really not sure why.. it's just fruit lol.
I still have one cup of coffee a day, but there's a Starbucks near the hospital and I know I'll want one.
Near? We have a Starbucks IN the hospital
Personally, I want SUSHI! I feel like I could eat 10 orders of spicy tuna rolls.
I'll admit, I ate one back in Nov. while on vacation. It's something I would have done in moderation, but I stayed away for numerous reasons (mercury in tuna, living amidst the Gulf Oil crisis, not knowing the area well enough to know what is and is not a reputable sushi place, etc...).
There are so many things I want: medium steak, pizza, a great big Sprite, a big coffee from Starbucks, glass of cabernet.
My question to any 2nd time moms is when does all the food intolerance/heartburn go away? Is it instantaneous? I don't want to make myself sick by eating the stuff that upsets my stomach now.
my gym crazed husband is such a pain when it comes to food. I have seen him put down over 5 lbs of meat without even blinking - because its protein... but if i asked him for a milkshake he would look at me like I had 8 heads and say something stupid like -- oh you want that NOW !?!?!?! Yes, and bring fries too.
He is fine with buying jewelry or basically anything else I ask for that doesnt require chewing. Ill stick with pretty.
Re: Asked DH for a push present
Who needs jewelry when you can have food. LOL

I want a margarita. My bday is 3 weeks after my due date, you had better bet that there will be a margarita that night. Or two, or three.

THESE ARE AMAZING! I wish we had a Portillo's in our area.
I told the DH that I would love a milk shake!
