When are you going back to work?  I don't work right now but I have a phone interview w/ Geico tomorrow and I want to try and figure out a reasonable start date. TIA

I went back at 8 weeks.

I'm going back at 8 weeks and will be at 1/2 time for 4-6 weeks until Miss Aubrey is in daycare.

I'm taking 12 weeks off then going back at 32 hours instead of 40 initially.

I plan on taking 8 weeks off with my baby boy.  I have 9 weeks saved up but I plan on using the other week for Drs appts and such.

With DD, I planned on 8 but took 10. I needed time for the meds to work for PPD. So, this time around I told school 10 weeks with the possibility of going back at 8 if I can. My return date will be mid May which only leaves 4 weeks of teacher before summer vacation. I figure I can handle 4 weeks of hell lol.

Are you able to put a return date subject to change if need be?

I'll ask when I call tomorrow.  I would wait until after she's born to even apply but they are hiring like CRAZY right now and I don't want to miss the boat if I wait too long.  Who knows if they'll even want me if I can't start for at least 2-3 months.  Guess we'll see...

I don't have a job, but as a college student I kinda think of myself as a working mom since I have to actually go to all my classes... but I have to go up until I'm in labor and back after 3 weeks.
