Ok- so we decided to try and switch to Parent's Choice formula to save a little money. (I know Up & Up at Target is used a lot, but unfortunately the closest Target to me is over an hour away... ) With that said: We WERE using Similac Advanced.
Parent's Choice has:
1.Parent's Choice Premium: Compare to Enfamil Premium Lipil
2. Parent's Choice Advantage: Compare to Similac Advanced
I guess I'm just confused because I thought Enfamil Premium Lipil and Similac Advanced were comparable to each other!!???
Any insight on this? Anybody use Parent's Choice Formula? TIA!
Re: Walmart-Parent's Choice brand formula
We use the Parent's Choice Premium. It has relatively no bubbles after mixing- which rocks. They are comparable to each other (Enfamil and Similac) but they have different things in them. Each of the Parent's Choice is apparently JUST LIKE the Enfamil formula and the other is supposedly just like the Similac. They have something hanging up in our formula section that explains it at Walmart.
Anyways, the formula mixes really good and it doesnt produce a lot of bubbles. It's easy on his stomach and he hardly spits up unless theres a big ol burp and he's had too much (: I highly recommend it. I've had no problems and it seriously saves us SO MUCH money. I also swear by the Parent's Choice diapers. I don't like up&up- they feel like paper. We had a diaper raffle @ my shower and i got so many diff kinds of diapers. I like Pampers and the Parents choice bc they were pretty much the same. Then i went to walmart to compare the prices and realized Parent's Choice was actually walmart brand and super cheap.
We use Parents choice premium. Its awesome and DD is doing great on it.
we use the advantage, but we have also use the premium (before i seen they had the advantage)
i also swear by parents choice diapers, when my daughter was a newborn they didnt have the new and improved ones out, and she was blowing out in them so we used Pampers until she was out of newborns. we have been using them since she was been in a size 1 and LOVE them. also its just over 13 dollars a case vs 25 dollars a case!
We use Parents Choice formula and love it. We had no problem with the transition either. Sometimes my pedi will give us samples of Enfamil and we will use that then switch back to Parents Choice and don't have a problem at all.
We also use the Parents Choice Sensitive wipes. They work great.
We can't used the diapers though. M is allergic to all Pampers diapers and the Parents Choice are like the Pampers.
