DS can walk, he does a few steps from the coffee table to the door until he realizes he is not holding on and then he falls to his knees in a panic. Then he walks with me holing his hand although I am not holding him up, I am just there for support more then him needing me. I can just hold him by his hood and he walks but if he notices me not holding on any more - again panic and drop to the knees.
When is he going to get enough courage to do this thing on his own? I reassure him, I cheer him on, I try to coax him into walking by himself...nothing. He is very resourceful when he wants to walk someplace, he even pushes toys and chairs to hold him up before taking those steps by himself to me.
Am I doing something wrong? lol
