My girls still spit up some of their bottles on occasion, even up to an hour or so after eating them. They aren't in pain, they don't cry and they aren't sick. They'll puke it up and move on like nothing happened. Then they won't do it for weeks. It's strange. Sophia had two puking episodes this week, which came out of nowhere.
Do I need to ask the pedi about this? Is it "normal" for babies to spit up like this, even at 11 months? (FWIW, they have always been spitter-uppers, and it peaked at 6 months and has gradually gotten better since.)
Re: almost 1 year old and still spitting up?
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

DS1 still spit up off and on until about 2. It's not really normal, and we were watching it with our pedi. If it hadn't stopped when it did, we were going to see a specialist.
I wouldn't really worry at this point, but I would make sure your pedi is aware of it.

I totally could have written this exact post word for word! We were at our gymboree class the other day and Joey spit up on the parachute and I was so embarassed. I told DH that we have the only 1 year olds that still spit up! The teacher was super nice about it, but I felt like I had to explain to everyone that he wasn't sick, that's just what he does!
I asked the pedi about it at their 1 year check up and she didn't seem worried. She did say to watch and see if there were any specific foods that triggered it more than others.
Glad I'm not the only one still dealing with spitters!
