Re: Clicky: Documenting your LO's life
I actually said "SS". I'm not super rigid about it, but I keep a calendar where I try to jot down milestones or fun things. I also take pics alot and do have a blog. The blog and the calendar are my combined effort to keep track of what he does.
But it's all kind of "if I think about it".

I picked take pics when I remember. I don't take tons of pictures or anything but I take a fair amount, I making an effort to keep them in some sort of album even if slightly out of order sometimes. I took a fair amount of video in his first year and have been editing to make a nice DVD. I think for year 2 and future kids I'll try to add some pics to the video also.
I'm awful at writing things down, exact day of walking, talking, teeth etc.

My Blog
I was psycho with pictures at first, but have toned that down quite a bit. It's hard to get him to sit still these days
And I'm trying to get better about the video camera because he says so many cute things. I need to get him on camera "reading" me a story. It's hilarious!
The baby book...terrible.
And my blog...about once a month. I used to do it once a week!
None of these applied to me...we do have a baby book but I've never written in it (sad). However, I have a blog and I consider that the main way I have documented his life. As he's gotten older I've written in it less & less (last time was in September!). I intend to have it printed one day. And I do intend to write in his baby book at some point!
Oh, also, during his 1st year I had a draft email going where I kept track of milestones since they were happening faster than I could keep up with the blog.
Lots & lots of pics and video too (some of which make it to the blog)...
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
Life is beautiful!
I have done/will do photo books.
I have a baby book-it's not really up to date but I'm trying
I also document milestones on my blog to add to the baby book
