My schedule got flipped today so I won't be able to shred until this evening but I wanted to post so those morning shredders could check in early. Today will be my last day of L1...I am very proud of that! Good luck today everyone!
Today was D15 L2 for me. It went well but I have an issue with the plank poses. I am still able to keep up with Natalie for the first set, buy it's the second set that I have to really push myself with. I am a little disappointed with my weight loss, only 2.8lbs so far. I still have another 9lbs for my goal weight and 6lbs for pre-pregnancy weight. I am continuing to eat well, no soda and exercise so I guess I will loose it in time. Otherwise it's going great!!

Question: Who all GAINED in the first week? I weighed this morning, and am UP almost 1 pound! grr... anyone else? Could use some encouragement!

Me! I gained a pound this week and have done nothing differently except for working out. Still no soda and eating smaller portions. It's a little discouraging but I love that feeling of satisfaction after I work out so I'm going to keep with it and hopefully start to see results.

I'll be doing it tonight after DD goes to bed but it will be D3 L1 for me. I'm somewhat sore but not nearly as bad as I expected. I'm sure I'll probably feel it during the workout tonight but I love the feeling after I'm done! I'm also doing Weight Watchers and am down 1 lb already this week so I hope it continues!
I'm also on D3 L1.. I finished it a little while ago. I can say I think today has been the hardest because my muscles are sore, but I am doing better on the cardio sections. I am also doing weight watchers along side of this. I lost 3 lbs on WW alone last week, so I am hoping (fingers crossed!) that I loose at least 3 lbs this week!

I ended up skipping yesterday after 8 days straight, and now I didn't do it again today. I'm disappointed in myself but after gaining a pound or two, it was much harder to talk myself into getting up at 5:30am yesterday. Today, DH took me to a movie right after work and I can't bring myself to work out at 10pm now that we're home. I'm sorry others have gained but am comforted that I'm not the only one! I need to find my motivation again quick.

Update: Wow. Level 3 is difficult! It went a lot faster than level 2 did though. Double jump rope is in the warmup. Yikes.
