I'm anti NNs as formal names to begin with, but this is worse because I think people are going to jump to Lex Luther.

A few months ago I would have said no way. But I kmnow a woman that named her son Lex in September, and now I really like it!

I say No. I don't think Lex is strong enough to stand as a full name.

I had a student named Lexx. It's NMS but grew on me and sounded good with his last name.
