How many times a day should the avergae 3+ year old (38 month old) girl urinate?

I think this depends on their child and their fluid intake. My son right now seems to be able to hold on to his pee for like 4 hours maybe more. We have also cut down his juice and water intake so that we can control when he needs to head to that bathroom with potty training.

ds only went four times today, which kind of freaked me out- but he had no accidents.  he actually went 5 hours (including a nap) and was still dry.  i am going to try upping his beverage intake tomorrow though- it didn't really seem like enough to me.
