so my twins normally nap 4 hours a day split into two naps. So if one baby decides to sleep 4 hours in one shot does that mean she won't need another nap and she can stay up until bedtime? bedtime is around 8:30-9pm. Sorry if this is a silly question still new at this here:)

I find that it's more useful to measure their awake time and as they are getting older, their awake time lengthens... we are currently at around 2 hours.
