Two very different first names...

Henry and Isaiah are now topping our list of boy names.  Both go equally well with our last name.  Neither have family / sentimental value, we will likely select a family name for MN once we decide on FN.  Still don't know if we're having a boy or a girl, just planning ahead.    Your thoughts?

Both are solid, respectable names so you could always wait to meet your baby to see if one suits him better than the other.  I personally prefer Isaiah; I don't like the name Henry, and to boot we've known no less than SIX babies born in the last 2 years given this name.

Henry is much more my taste, I like it a lot, but both are fine names.

I like both. Isaiah has kind of been ruined for me for a few reasons; even though nothing about it is trashy, the people I know who are naming their children Isaiah are.

So my vote goes to Henry. It's solid, classic, and kind of regal.

I prefer Isaiah due to the fact that Henry is so popular right now.

Isaiah was our second choice in boys name....I love it! Henry just isn't my style.

Henry is a very popular name right now, but if you aren't concerned with how many otehr children will have the same name, then go for it. I like Isiah too. You have plenty of time to decide, and eventually one will "fit" more than the other.

I really love Henry, but I'm afraid it's the next Jackson.  And the fact that there are two Henry posts this morning alone doesn't bode well.

I prefer Henry, but they're both great names. If the popularity of Henry bothers you, then definitely go for Isaiah.
