Ugh--observation

Seriously, my principal always comes in when we're taking notes (which I do maybe 10 minutes of a 90 minute block and not every day) and she picks days either before or after vacations to come in!  I just can't get going today (we had a 3 day weekend for MLK) and wasn't as on top of things as I should have been.  Plus I forgot I didn't have my objectives on the board which we're supposed to have.

    ugh, that is frustrating! However, I'm sure your principal is familar with how you normally operate if he/she knows his/her teachers as they should. However, I can sympathize! Sometimes my manager's mgr shows up to meetings I'm leading and I'm just not on top of my game.
