NBR: Outlander series readers - is Fiery Cross "it"?

Because if so - I'm done.  Just finished it tonight.  It seems like there could be much, much more to write about though!!  :: whine :: Sad

Re: NBR: Outlander series readers - is Fiery Cross "it"?

  • Oh heck no

Breath of Snow and Ashes and...the newest one

Diana (ha, first name basis) says there's maybe 2 or 3 more to come.  She's said before the series will end with the American  revolution.

  • No. A Breath of Snow and Ashes is next, and I think Echo in the Bone might be after that? I am reading Snow and Ashes right now.

    Ditto.... BOSAA and then AEITB

And... once you're finished with AEITB you'll join the club that swears they'll need therapy if DG gets hit by a bus before she finishes this series.

She damned well better have the story line sketched out to completion and appropriately handled in her will.

Bottom line for me?  I'm DYING to know if it was Jamie that Claire saw out the window in the rain before she ever went back in time.

    Dying.

    Gotta know.

I'm listening to one of the Lord John books on audio book right now and I've gotta tell you that it's got me itching to pop open Outlander on my phone/kindle since I got it for free.  Too bad I've got 3 other books going on my Kindle right now, huh?

Yeesh.... so many books... so little time.

And if you need a break and you're looking for a new read I really do recommend the nest book club board.  I've been turned on to so many books I doubt I would have ever read by lurking over there!

So... have you read The Hunger Games trilogy yet?

    hee hee

Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.

I've seen this!!  I NEED to know how it all plays out!!!

Does she die and he goes in search of her in her past/his future?

Why doesn't he DO anything when he finds her?

Could he not travel back to an appropriate time?

    URGH!!!!

    So many loose ends.

I'm telling you... I'll need therapy if she dies before she finishes this series.

    Serious therapy.

And if it ends with them separated I think I may need stock in Kleenex to survive it.

Man do I ever love these characters!
