Im so HUGE

I still have 83 days left and feel huge!  I look bigger them my co worker who is due in 3 weeks!  I have only gained about 10 lbs (I see dr tomorrow so I will know better # then) but my belly is very big! (btw first pregnancy) is this normal or should I be doing something! thanks for any help

10 lbs doesn't sound like a lot at all, even for first pregnancy.  Although this is my second, I have gained 21 lbs.  Even though it doesn't sound like a lot probably to most ppl, I am tiny.  If your doc itsn't concerned about your weight, I wouldn't be either.

For me, the winter is making it worse.  I have to get all bundled up and then drag DD around in the cold.  I already hate bending over too.  Must be something about the third tri.

We all carry differently.  I started feeling pretty big around 25 weeks and now I'm on an out-of-control train!  It's fun - just roll with it.

I've only gained 14 pounds so far and I am 36 weeks. I feel okay now but I went through a phase when my tummy first got big where I felt SO big and heavy and uncomfortable. Sleeping was a major problem.

I think it is just part of the process. We aren't used to this weight or size. I think it woiuld be hard on anyone if they gained a lot of weight in a very short amount of time. And we have a big person growing inside of us, pushing on things and taking up all kinds of room.

Hang in there. 83 days will go fast!

Everybody is different, don't feel bad.  My co-worker is due 3 months after me & we are the same size.  She feels huge but I gained nearly 30 lbs (due any day now) & she only gained 10 so far.  I am just small for whatever reason.  I even measured 3 weeks behind in fundal height but the Dr. said the baby is at least a 7lb-er.

This is my first as well, and as of yesterday, I have gained 23 pounds which my doctor says is right about perfect.  My belly is measuring exactly at 31 so I am RIGHT where I should be.... but..... I look and feel HUGE. I get comments EVERYDAY from people I know and strangers saying "OMG, your about ready to pop, how much longer do you have?" and I tell them 2 months, and they are shocked!!! I figure its because I have ONLY gained weight in my belly, so all of those 23 pounds, are right there in my belly!  Thats probly why it looks so huge!!
