Black spots? WTF?

I just noticed some of LO's CDs have some little black spots on them.  There are lots on my SBish one size, some on a few of my microfiber inserts, and one FB has them.  What is this?  And how do I get rid of this? 

My wash routine is a cold wash with a little detergent (HE Tide Free and Clear Liquid), hot wash with detergent, and an extra cold rinse.  I typically line dry my BG/FB covers and dry my inserts/prefolds/fitteds in the dryer. 

What gives?  Thanks ladies, I have no idea what to do!

    Sounds like mold.  How long between washes?

    sounds like mold to me too. i had an insert that did that. i used some bleach on it and it was fine. No idea how it happened.
