officially coming out of lurking - PIP

hi ladies,

so i am OFFICIALLY come out of the lurking closet and... well not really introducing myself since i mentioned before i was KU, but, you know. Smile

we had our NT scan today, and everything was perfect. baby-o is measuring right on track for our aug 1 due date. he/she was also doing some stretching and wiggling and was quite camera shy. we go back in 4 weeks for an initial anatomy scan, and then another anatomy scan a few weeks after that. anyone know why there are 2?

anyway, just wanted to officially say hello now that i feel more secure about our baby-o. Smile

can't wait to chat with everyone and get some advice.

Congrats! Don't you just love the sonogram pics!? I scanned everyone of them and am so amazed that I saw my LO from 7w gestation onward...

As for the two anatomy scans, I have no idea. I just had one. Perhaps it's a scheduling/timing thing? Like they only have time to do a part of the checklist the first time? I'd definitely ask you doc about that one. Also check with your insurance to make sure BOTH are covered. GL!

Congratulations!

Not sure about the 2 scans, but I would just be happy to see the baby again! It's so hard in the early stages when you can't really feel them moving or anything. I loved the u/s's!
