A. How long after cruising did your DH learn to balance?

B. How long after balancing did they walk?

c. Anyone's DH have tubes and then start balancing/walking? E is getting tubes at the beginning of February. I've read that constant fluid in the ears can cause balance and coordination problems. I also work at a preschool and have had at least 3 parents tell me that a week after tubes they're child started walking. ( i know it can be a coincidence.

Garrison started pulling up and cruising at 10.5 months but was very strong/balancing well from the get go.  She didn't take her first steps on her own until 12.5 months but she could walk holding just one hand for a while before that.  She was walking completely on her own at 13.5 months.

No experience with tubes, but I have heard the same thing as you so I think there has to be something to that. 

Enjoy-- the first month is exhausting ; )

My girls started crawling at 8.5 months and were pulling up and cruising the same day.

They started the hands-free trying to balance thing around 9 months, and started walking a few weeks later.
