Sean uses the Pampers Extra Protection, however if your LO is a tummy sleeper there are diaper extender pads that you can add to the front of the diaper for extra absorbency.

we use huggies overnights. they are thicker and more "padded" than pampers overnights, which are thinner. the extra bulk fits my two better because they are long and skinny.
We've been using Pampers Extra Protection (it's a purple box) since K was big enough to fit into them. The smallest is size 4, so once she was in size 3 during the day we started doing size 4 at night.
We use pampers during the day, but Huggies Overnites in a size bigger at night. One thing we do for our tummy sleeping boy: we put the diaper on so it's just covering his butt (not at all up his back) and pull all of the extra to the front, so he has a lot of diaper to pee through! It's not always perfect, but it works about 90% of the time.
We have been using Pampers Extra Protection a size up for about a year now. However, we have just moved up to size 5 diapers and Pampers Extra Protection only goes up to a size 5. They still work for now however we will probably have to switch to Huggies Overnights size 6 if he starts wetting through the Pampers.

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I have used a bunch of types. Hated Pampers because of the "gel" nastiness after a full night of pee. Huggies were OK, but had to use a size up.
Loved Fisher Price Happy Nights, plus they are not expensive.
But, no matter what I used, I always use a "diaper doubler" They are cheap - about $3.50 for 30. You can get them in TRU/BRU
