PAIF wasn't there when I was pregnant with Jacob. So, I'm wondering what happens after the girls from PAIF have their babies. Do they come here for parenting advice and support? Just wondering.
I'm here too... pumping time is internet time... unless i'm pumping and bottle feeding at the same time.

That's why I wasn't in favor of the creation of PAIF in the first place. I think it just further divided us and we will end up with two boards of both pregnant and parenting after IF women.
I would think they would come here, like the TTTC ladies came over here after we got pregnant but then again, if they get used to their home board, they may want to stay. It's name would imply just a transition board though. I hope they do come. The more, the merrier.

newsbaby: Welcome to the board and congrats on your new babies!
Thank you!!!
I guess you ladies have hands free pumps - I wish I did!
I don't pump anymore but I have a handy trick for getting those things to stay on. Loop the hair band around the funnel part and then to the top of the nursing bra. You have to get them positioned right but once you do you can gently type/nest/bump! Best part is how much it costs! Two hair bands equals what less than 10 cents?

This. I get the idea behind it and why people wanted it but i knew it ( the division would happen). Unfortunately most of them do not and will not come over here. Makes me sad. i love seeing them. Hi news baby, high Gen!!!! I know from what I've been told by some IF'ers that they will not transition here @ all after PAIF, they will prob just leave the boards all together. Supposedly we (as in most of us are just a big group of "oldies") is too cliquey. Whatevs. I'm sad not to be able to follow them but if they dont want this support it's their loss. It is sad bc many will not give it a chance.

. Along these lines, I just cut two slits in an old sports bra, slip the flanges thru and voila! Handsfree

Whaaaaaaaa???? That's stinky! We're fun! I hope people don't stay away b/c of this!
I have to say, in the beginning, I wasn't sure if I would.... it seemed like everyone here has known each other forever!!! But I have to say, that I've gotten nothing but love and support from "the oldies" and I love being here!
